Peppa Pig's Adventure at The Grand Theatre in Blackpool

One of the things we love doing the most together as a family is getting together to see a good show. I am a firm believer in the many benefits of theatre for young audiences and since Miss E was just a baby we have taken her along to everything from plays and pantomimes to concerts and circus shows.  She loves it, we love it.... everyone's happy! Encouraging imagination and creativity in children alongside the basics of teaching them to sit nicely though a performance is so important and before Miss E starts school next September we plan on cramming in as many trips away, shows and holidays as possible!

One thing we already have in the diary for 2018 is popping along to The Grand Theatre in Blackpool to see Peppa Pig's Adventure next summer. I have many fond memories of seeing shows in Blackpool each year as a child myself so i'm thrilled that I can create wonderful memories for my daughter there too. And when you're little, there's not much better than Peppa Pig herself!

We've been to Peppa Pig shows before and have loved the interaction, the songs and how the shows are created entirely with a young audience in mind. Peppa Pig's Adventure looks to be more of the same fun complete with a brand new story, loads of songs and heaps of fun!

The show sees Peppa getting ready to go on an exciting camping trip in the woods with George and her school friends, including Pedro Pony, Suzy Sheep and Gerald Giraffe. With Daddy Pig driving the bus, Peppa and her friends are excited for all the adventures full of games, laughter and music ahead. Once they have arrived, the happy campers all settle down to listen to the gentle pitter patter of rain as they fall asleep for the night, excited for the morning when they can jump in muddy puddles.... of course!

The show runs from the 23rd to the 24th of June at Blackpool's Grand Theatre and tickets can be purchased from their website here.

I'm super excited for all the fun we have planned for 2018.... it's never too early to start planning for the year ahead in my book! What do you have planned for next year? Let me know in a comment below!
