Things I've loved this week // 019

A little Sunday round-up, some of the little things that I've been loving this week!

A new tattoo

This week I added a new tattoo to my ever growing collection. There's really not much I can say other than I love this new lady so much! I absolutely adore her sea foam filled hair. Perfectly turbulent. She's quite a bit bigger than all of my others but as a thigh piece, I think the size works really well!

The first pumpkin spice latte of 2016

September 1st.... I couldn't wait any longer! Indulgent, sickly, sweet.... the perfect treat. I had an almond croissant with mine and my goodness, I certainly didn't need any lunch I was so full afterwards. I hope I can squeeze in a few more before they disappear again (or sell out.... I didn't manage a single summer drink as our local sold out completely after a few weeks!).

The Lord Of The Lost Ensemble - M'era Luna Festival

Whoever uploaded this beauty to YouTube.... thank you so much! M'era Luna is 100% my kind of festival and pretty much all my favourite bands were playing there this year. Attending things like this though is obviously much harder when you have a child so instead I've been catching up via YouTube and live streams. In case I've not said it before (I know I have, a million times over).... I freaking love Lord of the Lost.

My little lady

I can't even fathom how I am actually going to have 3 year old next month. How is this possible and where on earth does time go?! She's an absolute joy. Determined, intelligent, full of energy and certainly knows how to work mummy and daddy to get what she wants. Her current favourite thing to do is a variety of funny faces and mimicking the people around her... too cute! Look at that pointy finger....

Late summer evenings

The nights are certainly starting to draw in over the past week or so. If there's one thing I don't like about the next few months, it's the dark evenings.... not at all great for dog walking! I've been making the most of long evening walks recently, Elsie seem to prefer it too as it is much cooler. She might pretend she doesn't like walkies but she really comes alive in the evening and so I want to make the most of it before she goes into hibernation mode when it gets colder (pugs hate being cold!).
